Flysafair - more like Liesafair! (they really do not care)

My large diving duffel bag, with carbon fins, 3 italian dive masks, Suunto watch and all my toiletries, colognes, clothes - realy high value items, totalling at least 30k was lost in transit from OR Thambo to Mauritius.... It's over 30 hours later and I and my girlfriend have been **** to again and again by Flysafair that they would get an answer to us by "X" time -- they have till now, not ever even made contact with us... They even told us that we must get hold of Menzies and made it our problem.... Meanwhile lost and found at Mauritius airport have been amazing, always answer their phones and always gave feedback, we now know from Mauritius airport staff and us calling ACSA ourselves in Joberg that the bag has been found and it will arrive tonight and be delivered Monday morning.... No thanks to Flysafair, they literally just gave us the "run around" for the past 30+ hours.... Ur planes are terrible and so is your customer service.....Shocking will never fly with FlySafair again
