Flysafair money *****ers

O bought my tickets in March jad to pay the same day. Then came lockdown. Since then my sister whom I wanted to visit passed so I dont need to fly anymore. On requesting a refund I was told to forfeit 45% and wait 12 weeks. They had my money for 3 months got the intrest on it and still I have to forfeit. Dont think this is fair. This lockdown and my sisters death was circumstantial and beyond my control
