Flysafair luggage disaster

I boarded a flight from Capetown early in the morning. Flight wasn't bad at all, a little surprise was that we didn't get complimentary refreshments instead we were told to buy. I wouldn't comment much about that because I m really not a regular at the Airport.

We landed at O.R Tambo, we went to wait for our luggage as everybody else but to my surprise we never got our luggage. One of the staff at O.R Tambo came to us and asked if we got our luggage we then told the lady that no we still waiting for our luggage. She said she will call Capetown and find out what happened. Immediately she came back to us and said our luggage was offloaded at Capetown by mistake therefore we should go to Swissport baggage enquiries to give them our information so that our luggage can be delivered to us the same day. We rushed there gave all our details in return we asked for contact numbers incase our luggage doesn't come quickly. The gentleman we dealt with gave us the wrong mobile number. The luggage was suppose to follow with the 12noon flight from Capetown and we were promised to get them before end of business the same day 27 December 2021. Today is 28 December 2021 still no luggage. I spent 45mins trying to locate the luggage only to be told that their 3rd part couier service fetched our luggage at 10am we should expect it anytime. We waited again. Around 3pm I asked my husband to call and enquire only to be told that our luggage will be delivered the following day which was now the 29 December 2021. The gentleman from their 3rd part courier service was so rude he even asked us if we want to go collect our stuff at the airport he take it back there. The man reason we needed our luggage Immediately was the chronic medicine that was there, so now 3 days later we still waiting. I just don't know if we needed to connect the flight to somewhere else what were we going to do.our holiday was spoiled because of this experience.
