FlySafair lost my bag

Traveled from Cape Town to OR Tambo on the 7th October on flight FA 601. Flights were delayed from Cape Town. On our arrival at OR Tambo, our bags are nowhere to be found. No communication from FlySafair, the baggage assistance number does not work, we have no one who can assist us. It feels like they don't care, we have tried to report our bags on their WhatsApp number, still no help. I doubt they will recover our bags. I am so hurt and disappointed 😞
