FLYSAFAIR LOST & FOUND

On the 27 May I was travelling from Durban to Cape Town, got to the border check in when you're about to enter the flight, my ticket and ID checked and I put my ID in my pocket walked in to the flight FA171. When I got to Cape Town Airport I noticed that my ID was not in my pocket it might have fell inside the flight. I contacted flysafair via WhatsApp and the agent Lethlogonolo T****e attended me and said they will check lost and found. No feedback from her/him since. I went back to WhatsApp on the 15 June again and asked. She said they will check and let me know but nothing. I feel this is so wrong why would they say they will get back to me if they will not. My ID is probably lying somewhere in Flysafair and the people working there don't seem to care to provide me with feedback. Can someone please contact me regarding this.
