I had the worse travel experience ever with Flysafair. Friday a double payment went off my card for payment. I contacted the call centre and they said reversal will take 7-21 working days. Mind you I'm going to pay intrest on that. Monday morning I went to checkin my bag I had to pay extra for my luggage. I had already Checked in online. But I was checked in again and my sitting selection was changed.I didn't complain I let it go. Arrived at the George Airport and my Luggage was not there. I paid for my luggage to be left behind as if I didn't pay????? I'm Being incionvienced here.
