Flysafair is TRASH

I have never seen so many people miss their flight . They close their gates earlier than stated to con you into paying for standby . Also , they make you pay R250 for luggage because apparently anything after 7kg is considered big luggage . The staff is extremely rude , one of them even banged the table shouting at us . Rather book a proper airline and save yourself the stress .
