Flysafair is THE WORST airline in SA

This is not the 1st or even 2nd time that flysafair does this where they close the boarding gates before 30 minutes have lapsed. Even at 15 minutes they charge you a stand-by fee & if you do not get a flight, you forfeit whatever extra you'd paid, but in actuality, they are forcing you to buy the next ticket up. It's a **** & *********, because they are trying to get more money & when you go to their desk in Gqeberha, at Chief Dawid Stuurman airport, the staff refuse to talk to you. They close the window. They're rude in Port Elizabeth & it's RIDICULOUS that no manager is ever on duty. This is NOT my 1st time with this same situation, same airline, same airport.
