FlySafair is the Worst airline ever !!! I didn’t believe it but now I GET IT !!!

Worst experience ever !! In Port Elizabeth Already checked in 24 hours before and just needed my bag to be check in. Keep in mind the airport is empty! When told to go to ticket sales the agent there explained what was needed and we have to pay 3k extra for the next flight - keep in mind i was on time. Then when I express my anger as a customer - just by words because now I need to spend more money , he just seems not interested and was very rude saying I am wrong!!! On top of that the agent next to him was so busy not interested but the minute I wanted to took a video she wanted to intervene and threatens me !!!!!
