Flysafair is the worst airline ever

If i could give them a no start i would, the worst experience with any aviation ever we were literally 5 minutes late to drop off my bag which i understand but when i asked for help and solutions the only thing they could offer was an 8pm flight mind you my flight was 10.50 am and and i still had 35 minutes to board. The ladys tossed us around the one even spoke to the other in Zulu thinking that we dont understand and she was talking about us we didn't receive any help no solution no suggestions nothing at all. we missed the flight after making our own plan we the bag, we asked to speak to the manager, she wasn't even interested she is the one who mentioned the baggage keep area and when we asked but why didnt the cleck suggest that she bluntly said ' the cleck didn't think outside the box' i missed my flight and thats all you can say flysafair is for the pits garbage air
