Flysafair is such a disappointment

Comment: I was treated with outmost disrespect by FlySaFair, East London Airport and when I tried to speak to the manager she was rude and refused to give me her name and her supervisor. My son left the airport without his laptop and another bag, because they said his laptop was a third piece. The worst part was that we were requested to pay for the luggage via ewallet or cash send which sounded unprofessional. Flight details: FA151 From EL to CPT @08:50am
