Flysafair is NOT the best airline in Africa!!!!

I specifically booked the early flight 05:55 from Johannesburg to Cape Town for Saturday, 29 June 2019 (which is the most expensive flight) because I had an appointment early morning. Upon arrival at the airport I was told there was no seat for me on the flight due to some technical reasons. Then the personnel and manager of Flysafair has the cheek to give me a R80 voucher so that I can get myself breakfast. A refund or a voucher for a ticket on the airline should be the only option, but they feel a breakfast voucher is sufficient for me missing my appointment, paying hundreds of rands extra for the early flight and causing me discomfort. Thank you Flysafair for nothing!
