Flysafair is not honest on their website

I made a booking to fly with Flysafair and I took out the insurance as well.

We were waiting for an appointment for almost a year to do IVF and then we received an appointment. Then flysafair said I must submit a letter from the Dr that state that I have an appoinment and that I won't be able to fly on the booked date. I have done all of that and my claim was processed and send off for authorization. Now I must found out that I can only claim back my money due to death or serious illness. Nothing like that is mentioned when they sell you the policy.

I am very upset with them and will not recommend them for any body. They are just after ones money . They could even compensate me with 50% of the money that I already paid. I cancelled that flight 2 weeks before the booked date, it was over the long weekend in April so they made their money back twice over.

No Flysafair you are not an honest company.
