FlySafair is ****ming passengers!!!!

They are *********** their passengers with delaying the process of scanning people through the boarding gates and making us late for our flights. This is a money making ****. On the 28th of November, we booked flights for 4 to fly to PE. Our flight was at 6:15am. We were at the airport at 5am. We had 1 bag to check in, which they fast tracked. But they could fast track us knowing we would be late. Finally when we make it through the boarding gate. Which took 40 minutes. We finally get to the gate to board the flight. There were 3 flyssa staff there of which one was very rude to us. They told us there is nothing that they can do. Her tone of voice and her rudeness just got to me. We went to the ticket counter, where there were 6 other people that missed their flight. The one guy completely lost it and I agreed with everything that he had to say about what we experienced. The lady at the counter there told us that the flights are fully booked but we can pay R750 per person. If there was a cancellation, she will put us on the next flight. However it's not guaranteed and the money will be forfeited if we don't get a flight and it's not guaranteed that all 4 of us would get a flight. She never gave us the option of using Lanseria or even checking. My brother in law then searched the website and found us 4 flights from Lanseria for the same day in the afternoon. It's funny, how they can delay flights and inconvenience their passengers but they can't accomodate the passengers that are late due to their staff at OR Tambo that seem like they are on a permanent holiday and no urgency in the world. I will definitely never forget this experience. This is definitely a **** to make more money. This trip costed us an extra R 5,200.00. What was supposed to be an exciting trip turned into a nightmare. Even our flight back was delayed. We all pay for good service. We want service. This was definitely not service. No use advertising cheap flights when you ******* other people to cover your costs. ****mers!!!!
