Flysafair is careless .

I boarded a plane in PE last night. The overhead locker was full so the air stewardess asked if she could put it in the hold. She did not ask if I had valuables in the bag. I was not given a lofo tag. I asked if she could put a cable tie on the zipper. When I arrived in ORT, my wallet was gone. I ended up being stuck at the airport, no wallet and no parking ticket to get out. No one helped. And now Flysafair says it’s not their fault. This appears to be negligence on their part. Being a low cost airline does does not compensate for not adhering to standard procedure.
