Flysafair is all about the MONEY

Booked my flight on the Flysafair App, got a seat (A1) with leg room as I am over 2 meters tall. Was wearing a moon boot because I twisted my ankle a while ago and was wearing it for support. I didn't need any assistance, I walked all over myself, stood in lines by myself, carried all my own luggage. Got onto the plane and took my seat, before takeoff the hostess told me that I cannot sit in my seat because it was by an emergency exit and I was wearing a moon boot, I told her that I cannot fit in a normal seat and she directed me to an empty row of 3 seat. I had to sit with my legs spread open the whole flight. I then sent a request to Flysafair to refund me the difference in price from business to economy (even if it is a voucher) because of everything that happened and how uncomfortable my situation was.

I was told that upon my booking my seat I received a warning that any passenger seated at an emergency exit row must not require special or medical assistance. This is not true and I took a video of the booking process on the Flysafair app to prove it, but Flysafair didn't want me to send it to them. This is besides the fact that I DID NOT REQUIRE SPECIAL OR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE. How can you put an 80 year old that can barely walk in an emergency row and that's fine, but because I'm wearing a moon boot, but I can still walk, run and jump, that's a problem?

Flysafair refused to refund me the difference and ignored anything else I had to say. Oh and to top it all off, when I picked my bag up from the carousel, it had been damaged/broken.

Thanks Flysafair, but no thanks! Your web page says the following about Business class "Add extras like priority boarding, extra leg-room seats and lounge accesss and you'll have a business class experience to rival anything else on the market. What's even better is that the flight will depart on-time, because a Business Class seat is amazing" Pretty much false advertising! Flysafair is all about money, money and more money... no care about customers/passengers. Will not be using your services in the future.
