FLYSAFAIR IS A *******!!!

I recently flew back from Durban to Jhb on this horrible airline.. When I arrived at the check-in counter I was told I could not take my carry on bag onto the plane because it was too bulky and had to check it into Fragile at an extra cost of R250, the check in guy put on cable ties on my bag and assured me the contents of my bag would be safer.. To avoid missing my flight I paid the fee and was told someone bring me my bag when I arrive in Jhb. When I arrive in Jhb after waiting 20mins at the carousel my bag came out on the carousel, the cable ties were cut, my shoes and sweater was missing and the bottle of gin which I received as a gift was broken. I called the complaints line and after 3days managed to get thru to them only to be told they cannot assist me because 24hours have passed.. It was my first time flying with them and it is a mistake I would never ever make again!! And I strongly advise anyone flying to never use this airline cos they are a bunch of ******* and *******s!!
