FlySafair is a money ****!

I had the worst service ever! I was at the airport and I was told by some Lady who had an extremely poor service and attitude that I had to pay R1400 over the R1100 I had paid initially because I did not come in time. I was at the counter before the plane left and was just delayed by the Covid Screening and yet I'd told them I had filled in the questionnaire and it was in my cellphone. I always liked FlySafair but this is my last time using this airline!
