FLYSAFAIR IS A DISSAPPOINTMENT AND UNFAIR

They do not even deserve a single star. They damaged my luggage so bad, it had tears, cracks and scratches. The nerve of a supervisor telling me I can still use the luggage. Apart from her rudeness, which I now believe is standard practice with this airline, upon boarding the flight which my luggage was damaged in, a flight attendant who flashed her name badge written Tanya told me to go ahead and report her after being rude to not only me but 2 other clients. This happened when I called her out on her attitude and behaviour. I was shocked to see that this airline generally sends most people from pillar to post regarding such matters and I have never had any response regarding the said Tanya who was so brave in encouraging me to repirt her for her disrespect to clients. ***, flew from Lanseria to Durban on the 12th Novenber 2021. I am sure they will not even respond to this post here as it appears they have not responded to many others on this sight. They are a disappointment of an airline.
