FLYSAFAIR IS A BUNCH OF *******!!!

Booked a flight for September, 3 months from now. Have had an unforseen situation, and have requested a cancellation and a credit to my account, to find out not only will they be taking R300, per flight (its a return) but also that I wont be getting my money back. Instead they offer a "voucher". I dont want a voucher!!!!! I need my money back. How can you keep my money when Im not using your service anymore!!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
