FlySAFair is a ****!

The service experienced this morning (20/07/2025) at OR Tambo International airport was completely appalling to say the least. Spent close to R2k only to be turned back that boarding is closed the flight is full and had to pay an additional R4k to rebook flights. No credit, no reimbur*****t nothing!

I want my money back! We didn’t board not because we were late but because this airline decided to overbook the flight & worked on a first come first serve basis after we booked in advance?! That’s absolute madness if you ask me
