Flysafair inefficiency

On my most recent flight from Cape Town International Airport on the 24th of February 2026, there was a fire at the airport that caused many delays. However the delays didn't bother me, the lack of communication and deception by the Flysafair airline and staff left many of us standing clueless with **** arrival times given by certain airport staff for over 3 hours. And whenever the flight arrived at 20h30 (original flight time was 17h45), the only thing we were given was a quick apology from the pilot in passing and a bottle of water. I believe this was unacceptable and I had loved this airline before this incident however I doubt I shall be using this business again
