FlySafair - Incompetency

My luggage was opened after check-in which is procedure I'm told and covered in their T&C's. What happened was that they dropped my perfume and the lid got damaged and placed it back in my bag. The leaking bottle then slowly spilled the oil based perfume all over my clothes. None of the items exceed a R1000 as per the T&C's, but a weekends worth of clothes does. The reader can imagine for themselves how this feels.
