FlySafair - Horrible experience.

If seems that COVID 19 means nothing to FlySafair the impact of the virus on South Africans means nothing - To start we had a horrible experience with Flying back from Cape Town Yesterday. They did not care about us as passengers - it was all about fulling the seats - When you got to the entrance of the airplane to board the Airplane - they don't have space for hand luggage they take your bag without giving you any proof that they took it and in my situation when we got off the plane there was more than one person with the same suitcase - they put a cable tie on the suitcase so there was no way to know that it was mine until I got home and cut off the cable tie.

They sanitized out hands before going into the airplane and that is that. People were sitting on all 3 seats with no space between passengers. One of the Passengers complained about everyone standing in one group at the entrance of the airplane and no social distancing between people and the hostess just said 'Sir according to the president we are safe' Let me tell you nothing about this flight was save and we could not wait to get off the airplane.

I would not recommend that anyone travel with FlySafair - The hostesses of no help and did not even care about anyone.

Horrible experience.
