FlySafair Horrible customer service

Getting hold of someone at the call center is a nightmare. The phone is never answered. I've tried calling 011 928 000, *** and the most useless number *** doesn't even ring. I am struggling to pay for my reservation and can't get anyone to assist. It's been 2 days now...
