FlySaFair Hidden Costs! Poor Service

I bought my tickets online early (over 3wks ago) to avoid disappointment and arrived at the airport early enough on Sunday 19th May to get on the 19h45 to Jhb to Dbn. On checking in the Safair attendant informed me of an on the spot luggage fee of R250. Now, I was extremely surprised because I travelled the same destination with the exact travel bag not so long ago. After much consultation and advising the attendant I've never had to pay extra for luggage before and I seriously only have R200 on me. In the end we agreed to disagree that R250 it shall be, like it or not. So I had to run all the way to the ATM to make funds available (R50), by the time I got back huffing and puffing she advised me the gates closed just a minute ago...Who's fault I wonder? Begged to get through, paid my R250 , and WAS NOT ISSUED a receipt for the cash payment. When I asked for it i got a blank stair from the attendant. Being in a hurry to get through those gates I had to just let it go to avoid missing my flight. Decided I'd deal with this Monday and of course I cannot reach any of your means of contact displayed on your website! So is this the way FlySafair conduct business, hidden costs (she had the nerve to tell me i should have read the fine print) As a few people I shared my story with were not surprised pointing out they know of at least 1 person who experienced this. I would like and explanation and a refund OR a receipt for my luggage fee. The same bold fonts you use to advertise your cheap tickets should be used to indicate additional unforeseen charges!
