FLYSAFAIR HELP DESK IS NON EXISTENT!!!

Make jolly sure you get everything 1000% correct when making a booking with Safair as it's IMPOSSIBLE to try and get any assistance afterwards!!! They are a complete joke. The options go on forever and if they don't fit in with your specific enquiry, then you've simply got nowhere to go. I eventually chose any option but the messaging went on and on and on and then the phone call was cut. I have tried the whatsapp service - nada. Such a complete and utter waste of time!! So be very very careful when booking with FlySafair
