Flysafair has ****** me.

They said I cancelled my booking on the 10th at 17:15 and that time I did not log in to cancel my booking. I had to make another booking and pay an extra amount. I did not cancel that booking, I had no reason to because I was going back home Sunday. They refused to give me a refund of the extra money I paid to make another booking.
