Flysafair has lost me as a customer

Horrible experience with Flysafair probably never to fly with again nor recommend them to anyone. They took money for a ticket I booked on their app that didn't reflect on their system because of their unfixed bugs on the app and expected me to pay 3 times more for a ticket 30 minutes before my flight. I was appalled at poor service their app provides meanwhile we are encouraged to use it to book our flights
