FlysaFair has AMAZING staff Thank you Funeka Fakude and supervisor!!!!!!!!

I had a terrible time on October 1st 2020 where everything just seemed to be going wrong ...... My Grandmother had a flight from O.R Tambo to CPT International @ 6.30am , as i dropped her off at the terminal check point she lost her ID at the airport and couldn't get on the flight then her phone died i couldn't get hold of her and she does not speak any English ........ long story short i found her ID at the SAPS office at the airport (MIRACLES DO HAPPEN), the airline got me a standby option for R300 which i paid then a lady by the name of Funeka Fakude assisted me by helping my elderly grandmother , as i was already hours and hours late for work she assisted my grandmother check in and walked with her to get on the flight she even went out of her way to make sure my grans phone was charged, as it had died. Funeka did everything with a smile and willingness to help. Each and every member of the staff i encountered that day treated me with empathy and i am just so grateful for all the assistance i got Thank you guys its been a long time since i have received that level of customer service!!!Keep up the great work.
