Flysafair - goods ****** from sky checked luggage

Flysafair - goods ****** from sky check luggage. Bottle of Eu de Toilette taken from my suitcase that was sky checked. Flight from CT to OR Tambo on 08/11. Very disappointed that we cannot entrust our belongings to service providers. Did raise a complaint and completed a claim form. No joy.
