FlySafair gave me the worst nightmare last night at O.R Thambo Johannesburg

FlySafair you guys are so inconsiderate,greedy and selfish I must say. The way I was so hurt last night at O.R Thambo, also get yourselfs a knew supervisor who knows the meaning of people centeredness and you guys can't be this selfish as if you we are not paying for services to be delivered with us. I am honestly disgusted and hurt by this with FlySafair my worst experience ever.
