FLYSAFAIR ********** AND INCOMPETENCY

GoodDay FlySaFair, please see below the email I sent to FlySaFair management on Monday till today there is no response beside a rude and unprofessional lady that called me with attitude ..(Lanseria)

I trust this email finds you well... Because I am left with a bitter taste after finding that one of your employees created a ********** EMAIL on my name and also sending a email to your management team complaining about another employee.

I am enroute to the police station to lay a charge of ***** because firstly I do not have an email ********** please see my email in the address field. I expect to get answers from you as a well trusted airline within 24hours.

Secondly, I did not file a complaint against any of your employees! What gets to me is the fact that some of the occurrence explained in this "**** email" is indeed correct, my flight was missed and I did return the following day for a early flight. Maggie politely assisted me and I OFFERED her a tip which she politely said she cannot take it, as it is against the company policy, her colleague Nandisa said I can give the tip to her (Nandisa), but I was shocked and disgusted by her unprofessional behaviour to even dare to ask a client this stupid question, I blatantly ignored her and moved along.

What worries me is the fact that your employees have the audacity to CREATE a gmail account on my name, using my personal details for their own ********** benefits! Lord knows which contact numbers were provided. The very same *********/S sent a email complaining about a very friendly and helpful Manager (Maggie) and to top it off, using my personal details to entertain this *****! If they could do this, I'm sure they can use my other personal information such as bank accounts, ID and locations since your company have all this on your systems!

I am utterly disgusted and concerned! I am going to all social media platforms, newspapers, Hellopeter and the OMBUDSMAN to warn everyone of this ****!

I need someone to make contact with me a.s.a.p, because I need answers! Why the hell was I not informed about any of this? Not about a complaint registered on my name, investigation etc....you do have my CORRECT EMAIL AND CONTACT DETAILS.

YOU ARE PROBABLY THINKING HOW DO I KNOW ABOUT THE **** EMAIL???? MAGGIE REACHED OUT TO ME TO ASKED WHAT HAVE SHE DONE, SHE THOUGHT SHE ASSISTED ME WELL....I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR ABOUT ALL THIS, BECAUSE SHE INDEED ASSISTED ME WELL!

you may use your resources and check the email server for the **** gmail account, that I never created.

Check the email address that you usually send me your specials ects, listen to the call recordings that one of your employees called me to investigate the case and I said I know nothing about the email then how did it get to this ??
