What a bad experience - points to follow<br> <br> 1) Extra cost of bags could be marketed better<br> 2) You pay R150 if you book your bags online or in advance instead of paying R250<br> 3) Flight delay in Durban<br> 4) Double debited for bag charge R250 *2 <br> 5) Still awaiting feedback from manager and person at the desk in Durban to let me know when I will be refunded.<br> <br> You guys just launched your services with so many issues. I hope I get my refund soon. <br> <br>
