FLYSAFAIR FLY NOWHERE ON YOUR MONEY

After informing the company that my wife cannot make the flight she was booked on they told me I can move the ticket to another flight. But since they have only one flight a day she had to wait till the next day before she could fly back home. Oh and it will cost you R300.00 plus the difference in the ticket cost. I said sorry then I have to cancel the ticket, I was kept waiting for 4 min and was informed that because I did not cancel 24hrs in advance therefore I forfeit the ticket or can move it. I asked them how can I cancel 24hrs in advance if I did not know about the protest action that will be taking place and causing everyone on the road to miss their flight. I will NEVER make use of FLYSAFAIR again. Even if they give the tickets away for free.
