Flysafair flights Overbooked, extra payments, RIPOFF

The 21st of December 2019. Flysafair is by far the WORST airline in SA. We checked in online a night before. Got to OR Tambo 5 minutes before the check in closes for the luggage. A rude consultant told us it was already closed, I had to remain behind to check in the 1 big bag at an extra cost of R300, while the rest of my family were allowed to go through past security, only to get to the boarding gate to be told was closed!! All of us were put on stand by for the next available flight (at an extra cost of R300 each), it rolled over for the entire day and the staff ****s changed, the incoming one was even worse, could not help us. What we all learned is the flysafair resells the tickets while we were still standing on the queue. The plane was clearly OVERBOOKED, they're too quick to close check in so people can "miss their flights" and end up paying the R300 extra. Their flights looks cheaper on the eye, but definitely on on your wallet!! Disappointed
