Flight FA -110 Long Delay Complaint. Good day, I was meant to travel on 30/07/2023 @11:50 from Cape Town to JHB. The flight was delayed by 12Hrs. This was ridiculously unacceptable. Instead of being moved to other flights we were made to wait until the flight was fixed. I mean almost every hour from 1PM other flights from Flysafair left as scheduled. What made it worse I was traveling with my family of four and I only got home at 00:45 Monday morning instead of 2PM Sunday afternoon. The way I'm fed up, I will never ever fly with flysafair, and will not even recommend it to my worst enemy. This flight spoiled our holiday trip.
