FlySafair flight delay

I was booked on flight FA 202, supposed to leave OR Tambo to Cape Town on 13 December 2023 at 11:50. The flight was delayed by 4 hours, and we left at 16:10. As a professional consultant, working for myself, this is unacceptable. For me, time is income. Sitting at an airport for 4 hours is not productive. I am extremely disappointed. I can accept a delay of 30 mins, but 4 hours, no way.
