FlySafair flight cancellation
Here is how Safair treat their passengers.
My email to the help email address
”I suddenly found out my flight got cancelled when going through security. No notification.
The flight I was transferred to is 3 hours later. I have to get back to my wife as she is in a wheelchair and requires assistance.
It appears the executive isolate themselves and there is no central number. The numbers shown are for change of booking, death etc.
I have just recieved an sms at 15:10.
To top it all, I received a WhatsApp telling me the flight is boarding at A14.
It makes me wonder if you are trying to force people to pay insurance.
With all your extra costs Lift Airlink and Cemair look like a great option."
Watch out for the extras. They add up. Based on this experience they are trying to get more money through insurance.
It only takes two instances to turn a person off a product or service.
