FlySafair False Advertising

On 17 November 2019 I booked a ticket for my husband: (a) Cape Town to Durban on 25 December 2019 at R799

On 18 December 2019, I changed the booking to: (a) Cape Town to Durban on 21 December 2019 at 20:34 for R699 (b) When checking out the total to pay was R700. R300 was for changing the booking. It is unclear why we were charged R400 for the ticket when it was advertised cheaper (R699). Unless FlySafair falsely advertised for R699 and then charged R1299 for the ticket.

After speaking to a consultant, she confirmed that there was no way of FlySafair going back to check what the ticket was advertised for on 18 December 2019, which I find hard to believe. FlySafair has basically ****** R400 which they will not be returning.
