Flysafair falling apart!!

I booked returns flights from CT to EL and back. I received confirmation on my app (took a screen shot) to leave 9 and return 13 May.

Yesterday, when I wanted to check in online, the portal was busy with the '10% SALE' and impossible to check in!!

This morning I saw that in the BOOKING RECEIPT EMAIL, it said BALANCE OUTSTANDING...even though I used my credit card with enough money in!!...

WHY HAVE A CONFIRMATION ON MY APP?....why is their portal not ALWAYS available.

Since 7:50 I tried the WA number to chat to a consultant....I am still waiting...
