FlySafair failure to redeem cancelled flight

Cancelled a flight (x3)and requested a voucher to rebook when manage my booking not functioning. After phoning helpdesk and visiting help desk only get referred to mail address ***. After numerous e-mails and supply of info requested no further response. Complaints via telephone directed to repeat contacting the mail address from which no reply is received. A frustrated consumer
