Flysafair fails to issue booking, even after I paid

Flysafair's "Christmas in July 30% off" - special causing SERIOUS issues. I made a payment for my booking, but the system says that my booking is cancelled. Payment has already been made, and indicated on my banking statement online. It has now been more than 24hours and Flysafair does not resond to ANY of their clients - hundreds of people affected.... Payments made, but NO proof of booking received - Systems says that bookings are cancelled, but we do not get refunded....

This is NOT acceptable Flysafair....

Please confirm that my booking is secured?
