If I could give a 0, I would. The flights are way too close together, making checking in luggage impossible. Even arriving 2 hours prior to take off, we barely made our flight. The line for checking in baggage circled Cape Town International Airport, we patiently waited our turn, despite others skipping the line and pushing their way past. We were told that our flight was boarding and that they had called for passengers for our flight. In the 2 hour wait, not one person from FlySafair asked us what time we were flying nor did they call for us. Heading to the boarding gates, the display screen showed that our flights boarding had closed. We ran with our hand luggage, 3 year old and 1 year old and just made it through. We overheard the ground staff saying that there were still 8 outstanding passengers. I highly doubt they made it, as we the last to board the plane from the front. Truly disappointing.
