FlySafair experience, Never Ever Use Them Again

I flew from JNB to ELS on 09/11/2019, i got an sms to check in on line in the morning which i did. At the airport i went straight to the boarding gates and i was was allowed to board with my bag. At the air craft they took my bag and said i will collect it when i land. All was in order. On the 12/11/2019, i got an sms that i should check in on line which i did, my flight was for 1910, i was at the airport at 1600 went to the boarding gate and waited for boarding time. 1830 we started boarding the line was very long, when it was my turn the lady said that my bag was too big i cant sky check it i have to go pay for it & i have five minutes they will offload me. I explained to her what happend when i used the same airline to east London. she rudely told me that the crew in ORT dont know there Job. Well she just said she will offload me and i should leave the airport. I had to go buy a new ticket, book accommodation for the night taxi to and from the airport. This cost me over R2000 I booked a next flight which was the next day had my bad wrapped and checked in from the counter. Went to the boarding gate, they come to call me to take out my laptop from my bag. When i got to Johannesburg my sun glasses where gone!!!! You just Lost one ....
