Flysafair - Excellent service

After my wife had already checked in for her flight for the next morning, she became ill and was unable to travel.

I was assisted by Ms SG Mahlangu of FlySafair who was unbelievably helpful and phoned me and followed up, until we were successful to book new flights for my wife. I dreaded the process, but Ms Mahlangu made it an almost painless experience. Excellent service !! Thank you !!
