Flysafair employees or employee are the best airline employees from all other airlines I have flew with.

On the 06 April 2022 I flew put from Lanseria international. The lady at the check in desk was absolutely brilliant if she was my employee, she would be the face of my company she went out and beyond to get my over wight bag sorted out from re packing it to making sure I could carry the excess baggage in my hand ... she made sure I didn't have to pay an extra fee for my bags , she was friendly helpful quick and ready to deal with my problem and didn't once complain or just have me pay the extra fees and I feel that she needs a big round of Applause for doing much more then her assigned duties to help and keep flysafair customers happy.
