I think if I could rate them worse I would have. I used them to fly from Johannesburg to George and during this I got stuff ****** from my bag. But I was send to about 7 different people during this process and nobody is able to sort the problem out properly. The blame just gets shift from one party to another. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. And it is as if they just make up the T's and C's as they go along
