FLYSAFAIR

I am really disappointed by the service offered by the airline. Firstly, I was checking in for a flight FA846 that was leaving at 14:30. After 40 minutes of queuing. I eventually get to the desk at 13:45 and I am told check in is closed. Further comments are made and I am rudely told that the flight left at 12:30 I should just go buy another ticket for Monday. As I am leaving, a gentleman (forgot to get his name) assists me and I check in and head to the boarding gate. I arrive at my destination and I am told my luggage has been left at OR Tambo. No remorse or explanation as to what happened? I have an event to attend to later tonight and I am told I might get my luggage tomorrow morning. Fine. I ask how guaranteed is it that I will get my bag and I am told it’s very unfortunate they can’t promise anything. I honestly do not have the energy to fight or whatever. I just need my bag.
