Description of the Incident I fly to Johannesburg every Friday.I arrived at the security check gates at 18:00, well before the scheduled departure time of 19:35. However, boarding was delayed, and without any announcement, the plane departed suddenly. As a result, I missed my flight and had to pay R300 to book a new flight.

Previous Issues Additionally, I've experienced issues with the FlySafair app, which initially didn't allow me to select seats. After calling the airline, I was allocated a business seat.

Request I request that FlySafair take immediate action to address these issues, including:

- Refunding the R300 fee for the new flight -Refunding FA269 ticket - Improving communication and announcement procedures - Ensuring the app functions correctly - Change Durban FlySafair management with people that have values and stop running a business like a ****

The inconvenience and time lost value is huge.
